Hi my name is Casey Neuwirth and I have a business called Gateway Fitness. You can contact

me at http://www.gateway-fitness.com. And what Im going to show you is a V up. and

what youre going to do is start right in the middle, step up with your right out with

your left *both on top of the block* down with the right together with your left so

its right left right left. Nice wide stance as youre up and together as youre down

so one two three four five six seven eight. To go the opposite way you step up with the

left first, then with the right, down with the left followed by the right so one two

three four five six seven eight.
