Today I will give you a quince jam recipe.
Required materials: 1 kg. Quince.
We do not peel the quince.
Divide the quinces with a knife.
Separate the seeds into a container.
Clean the hard parts of the quince.
Slice the quinces. Then slice it into small pieces.
Size is up to you
Put the sliced quinces into the pressure cooker.
Put the seeds of the quince, 1/2 cinnamon stick and 5 cloves in a thin cloth.
cinnamon and cloves are optional.
Tie the cloth and put it in the pot.
add 4 cup sugar (800 gram)
add one and a half cups of water.
Close the lid of the pressure cooker. Boil.
It boiled when the red button appeared.
Leave for another 10 minutes on low heat.
Evacuate the pressure cooker.
The red button will come down after it has been exhausted.
You can now open the lid.
cook with the lid open for another 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, the bubbles will come out.
Squeeze a few drops of lemon.
If you want red color. You can add pomegranate seeds or cherries.
I do it in its natural color.
After lemon juice, let it boil for another 5 minutes.
When the foams formed, it became a jam. This is the most important trick.
Take it out of the stove and let it cool.
After cooling, you can consume it with pleasure.
