Mini Gimbap & Mustard soy sauce

Spinach : Blanch spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds.

Wash it in cold water and squeeze out the water.

Add ¼ teaspoon salt, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil and 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

and mix well.

Cut the yellow pickled radish in half.

Cut the ham into 10cm long strip.(20 pieces)

Cook over medium heat for 1 minute.

The fillings

Rice : Put 1 tbsp sesame oil, ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds in 2 cup of steamed rice,

Mix with a rice scoop. (Be careful not to crush the rice grains.)

Let it cool down.

Cut the seaweed paper in half.

Evenly spread about 2 tbsp rice over top of the seaweed paper.

Place spinach, yellow pickled radish strip and ham strip in the center of the rice.

Hold the seaweed paper and the fillings and roll them.

Apply a little water to the end of the seaweed paper.

Dipping sauce(mustard soy sauce) : In a bowl, add 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, ⅓ teaspoon mustard paste, 2 tbsp water and 1 tbsp soy sauce.

And mix well.

Cut the mini Gimbap in half when serving.

To eat, dip a Gimbap into the sauce and eat.

Gimbap and sauce are more delicious together.
