google is one of the virtual search engines

This search engine has become a close friend everyday for all people

Starting from elementary school students to maybe the same class as the president uses it

even most people now call it the Grandma of Google

because whatever we are looking for on Google must be there

But how did it start, how did it get as famous as now?

Google was founded in 1998 by two friends, Larry Page and Sergey Brin.

In 1996, they built a search engine (formerly called BackRub) that used links to determine the importance of each website page.

But there is something funny about naming google

that is precisely in 1997, when Larry and Sergey changed the name BackRub to Google, but actually it wasn't Google, but Google.

"Googol" is a mathematical term for the number 1 followed by 100 zeros.

This name was taken to describe Google's mission as an unlimited repository of information on the internet.

However, the investors apparently misspelled the name Googol into Google, and had already written it in a check.

and larry and sergeypun still agreed.

Finally Google was founded.

but did you know that the google office is certainly not as luxurious as now,

at that time they only had a garage to be used as an office,

but that's okay, the name also pioneered.

Precisely in February 1999, the startup grew rapidly.

Page also moved his office from a small garage, to a new office in Palo Alto, California.

Seven months later, they moved offices again to Mountain View.

In the first half of 1999, Google's popularity shot up.

This situation makes Google need new funding to invest in servers and human resources.
