Hi folks, Im Sergei Lemberg.
I run Lemberg Law, a consumer law firm that sponsors StopCollector.com.
We do not charge consumers for our services and weve recovered more than thirty million
dollars for more than ten thousand clients.
If Nationwide Credit is harassing you, calling your cell phone, calling your friends or family,
turn the tables.
Pick up the phone and give us a call.
Let me tell you a couple of things about Nationwide Credit.
Theyre based in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, and theyve been in business since 1947,
but theyve been bought out a number of times.
Theyre owned by a company called Altisource.
They have six call centers around the world.
They collect credit cards, retail cards, automotive, healthcare, insurance, telecom, utilities
And theyve been sued 135 times in federal court.
If Nationwide Credit is calling you, they could be violating the law - whether or not
you actually owe the debt.
Under the TCPA, you could get up to $1,500 per call.
They could also be breaking the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by repeatedly calling
or harassing you; threatening you with lawsuits; failing to tell you that theyre a debt
collector; calling you at work after you told them to stop calling; talking to others about
the debt; or lying to you about it.
If your FDCPA or TCPA rights have been violated, you may be entitled to up to a thousand dollars.
Theres only one way to find out.
Give us a call.
We'll be glad to talk to you.
Our representation is free for you.
Dont take it on the chin.
Let us help you get you the justice you deserve.
