LAURA MAE MARTIN: I'm Laura Mae Martin, Google's Productivity
Advisor, here to show you all the sweet things
that you can do with G Suite.
Today, we'll show you how to set up offline Gmail access.
Let's get started.
In Gmail settings, go to Settings, Offline,
and click Enable Offline Mail.
Choose your settings, such as how many days of messages
do you want to save.
Then, click Save Changes.
When you're not connected to Wi-Fi,
go to mail.google.com in your Chrome browser.
When you send emails offline, your email
goes into a new outbox folder and gets sent
as soon as you go back online.
So there you have it.
Email when you're offline in one easy step.
