Toor dhal - 3 handful,Onion - 1,Tomato - 1,Greenchili - 2,Garlic - 4 pods,Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon,Mustard seeds - 1 spoon,Cumin seeds - 1 spoon,Salt,Curry leaves,Hing,Ghee.
In a cooker add the washed dhal
Add onion, tomato, Green chili, Garlic, Turmeric powder, Cumin seeds and Hing
Let the cooker cook for 5 whistles
Now the dhal is cooked. Add some water and Salt. Do the tempering with Ghee, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Paruppu kuzhambu is ready to be served.
