EMERGENCY RESPONDERS SAID THEY HAD TO GO.

POWER WAS CUT FROM THE TRAILERS.

THERE WAS A BIG CONCERN THAT THEY COULD BE ELECTROCUTED IF THE POWER STAYED ON AND ALL OF THE STANDING WATER WAS IN AND AROUND THE TRAILERS.

WE SAW LARGE PIECES OF DEBRIS FLOATING IN THE RIVER, ALSO A LARGE ENCLOSURE.

THE WATER IS STARTING TO RECEIVE.

IT IS STILL NOT CLEAR WHEN THESE PEOPLE WILL BE ALLOWED BACK INTO THEIR HOMES.

THANKFULLY, ALL OF THEM GOT OUT AND AVOIDED ANY SWIFT WATER RESCUE BECAUSE THEY FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS AND LEFT BEFORE IT WAS TOO LATE.
