my name is Dishant Patel and one thing I love doing is to see any problem with
different perspective and today that's what we are going to discuss all about
today's discussion is going to be on that thing that each one of us have come
across failure all of us have failed at something at some time in our lifetimes
maybe it could be failing in telling your first word or maybe failing and
learning how to play a guitar or maybe failing in relationship each one of us
have failed but did we stop doing it No remember your first day when you're dad
bought you a new bicycle and help you to learn how to ride it
did you succeed in first go no right you failed in your first attempt but did that
failure made you quit learning how to ride bicycle no then why then why we are
thinking of quitting after failing for the first time in our life I can
remember my favorite poetry which my dad used to tell me every single time I used
to feel depressed and it was
“ jiwan meh samasyaye toh har din nayi kadi hai, jeet jate hai woh jinki soch badi hai”
which means you will come across many
obstacles each and every single day but those with the strong mindset and
thought will the one who will succeed and to be honest throughout my academic
career I'll failed numerous numbers of time but
that didn't stop me from taking my master's degree in real life actually
what the thing is every single time you fail you are actually writing a story
to tell to those people who were making fun of you who think you won't be able
to make it who don't believe you and by quitting you're giving them one more
reason to mock you down whenever you think about quitting just ask yourself
why did you start what was the main reason behind your startup was it to
quit failure is not the opposite of success failure is a part of success
and to be successful you have to be different to be successful you have to
do something that you haven't done these years to be successful you have to work
different and you have to work hard now let's try one thing now I will request
each one of you to sit back relax close your eyes and think what you want to
achieve in upcoming years that could be anything maybe buying your dream car or
maybe buying your dream house or for some students it could be passing an
examination which they have been trying seen many times so it could be anything
sit back relax and just think about it now think how badly do you want that
success how badly do you want that success now ask yourself how badly had
you worked to achieve that success how hard have you worked for it
did you work 24/7 to achieve that did you work every single minute every
single second of your day to get closer to that success
no one knows better that the person himself how much they have worked to
achieve it no man is defeated without until he has
been defeated within and currently while recording this podcast I can see a
photograph with a quote written on it which says winners don't quit and
quitters don't win
to be honest according to me what do I think is the
main reason of failure is living in your past rather than being in future
remember a past is a past for a reason don't let your past affect your present
or your future
“Guzri huvi zindagi ko kabhi yaad na kaar, taqdeer meh jo likha hai uski fariyaad na kaar, jo hona hai who ho kaar rahega,
to bithe kaal ki fikra meh aaj ki Khushi barbad na kaar”
everyone had challenges failures in past but those
failures were the one that had helped them to become what they are today
remember there was a moment when you were struggling to take your first step
there was a time when you were struggling to answer
what does 1+1 is but now when you look back to that struggles
those were the moments those were the time that had helped to become what you
are today that struggle which you had to take your first step had helped to make
you run today always remember one thing if things are not challenging you you
are not changing you are the same person you are one day ago one week ago or one
year ago if things you are doing right now is challenging you that means you
are changing every small step which you make each day will create a huge impact
in future to site with. Let me tell you a story there are two cars both the car
have leaved from the destination at 45 degrees now car A is moving at 45 degree
but the driver of car B have slightly move the driving wheel by 0.05 degree
that means now the car B is moving by 45.05 degrees now after 30
days of continuous driving do you think that both the car will reach at the same
destination no why it was because of the slight change that small step that smart
choice which the driver of car B made landed him in undiscovered destination
similarly try to take those small smart choices daily and when you will reach
that destination it will appears to be an overnight success but in reality that
was that compound effect of all those small steps which you made daily so be
stronger from inside not hard give your best every
single time be like a farmer sow each and every single seed which you have in your
hand because you don't know which one is going to grow and feed you so every time
you work give your best give you 100% otherwise don't do it before doing think
about it think twice if you want to buy a car think about buying a car if you
want to buy a house think about buying a house if you want to do something just
think about it and do it be mentally prepared to run a marathon you have to
prepare yourself to run one life is not about making perfect moment life is all
about making every single moment perfect work on your goals do you know what is
the harsh reality of this world every single person who is next to you don't
care about your problems what they care is the results so don't speak about your
problems speak about your goals every single day you woke up ask yourself how
are you gonna do it what you gonna do today so that you will be one step
closer to your dream

your "WHY" because if your "WHY" is strong enough you will figure out "HOW" and that
what makes winner different from losers so at the end I would like to say your
director your creator have wrote amazing story for you so don't worry about all
the struggles all the challenges which you are going through right now in your
life because it's going to be worth listening and worth telling so I don't
know whether I was able to convey the message I wanted to but at end I want to
say the biggest strength is trying and if you are failing while you are trying
don't worry just focus how you can improve every single time with this it
