What did my mum tell me about contraception?

I don't think she told me much about contraception.

Contraception certainly has made a huge difference in women's lives.

Finding the right contraception lets you decide your future

There are now more Long Acting Reversible Contraceptives available than ever before.

It's all about choice, I think...

I want to be able to choose to have a career and study and just be in control. It's so important.

I'm just gonna really want to make sure I'm ready.

Both kind of financially and emotionally.

I have two children... Well I have one and a half.

Two kids... maximum.

Long Acting Reversible Contraceptives, or LARC...

Are safe, highly effective, inexpensive, and let you get on with life - without having to remember to take something every day.

I feel like the Pill is a little bit outdated.

Preferably something that I could take and then not have to worry about...

Would be my ideal method of contraceptive.

You've got the implant in your arm, you've got IUDs, you've got condoms, you've got the Pill...

It's great that they're making it a lot easier and I just wish people would make more use of it.
