First let's try out and test, taking care of tendons and joints, and muscles attachments, it felt directly good for the volleyball teams.

How we are doing it?

It mixes the Peptan, about 15mg, 50g and 100ml of orange juice. Which has minimum guaranteed number of 48mg of vitamin C.
