Hi my name is Casey Neuwirth and I have a business called Gateway Fitness. You can contact

me at http://www.gateway-fitness.com. And Im going to show you a move called the

repeater. Im going to start to my left so Im going to step up with my right, and

Im going to kick with my right and just touch down with my left or kick with my left

and touch down with my left. And then so you do three kicks in all, touching down and then

youre going to step back to the middle right left. So its going to be a step kick

touch kick touch kick step step. And to the opposite side youre going to step up with

your left, and kick with your right, touch down with your right and do the same where

its just a touch down and back to the middle. So what it is is one two three four five six

seven eight one two three four five six seven eight and just right back to the other side.
