500ml all purpose cream (chilled overnight)
beat on high speed
until soft peaks form
300ml condensed milk (chilled overnight)
beat until well combined
ice cream base is ready
put the mixture in the piping bag
3-4 tbsp crushed graham bisuits
ice cream mixture
2-3 tbsp mango cubes
freeze atleast 1 hour
for mango toppings: 1/4 cup hot water
9g unflavored gelatin (1 pack)
mix well
2/3 cup mango puree
4-5 tbsp mango topping
make sure your ice cream is set before pouring the mango topping
chill in the fridge overnight or atleast 6 hours
