Hey you, in this lesson, we're gonna learn some English by brushing your teeth
It's pretty basic, but again, if you don't get a chance to speak English
you're gonna love it.

一定会越来越流畅.Let me walk you thru the whole process.
首先，我们要过一遍刷牙的每个动作，顺便学会灵活使用。

So Let's go into the bathroom ,don't be scared, we're just brushing our teeth.
I pull out my tooth brush
把牙刷拿出来，pull out字面意思是拉出来，但可以经常指拿出来。像Take sth out/Get sth out, just take it out!
I have to pull out my toothpaste too. 牙膏也拉...拿出来
And then I turn on the faucet
打开水龙头， faucet是美国的版本，在英国大家喜欢用tap表示水龙头
and run some water on my toothbrush
用水冲一下牙刷， run除了跑步，也可以是运转，流动，所以run some water over it就是让水流过去
You can run some water over many kinds of things
比如洗菜,洗衣服的时候。我们来看一组短片。
over有覆盖的意思，你还可以用别的介词，比如on，把水接在表面上，或者thru，穿过去
Anyway, after that, I squeeze some toothpaste on it.
把牙膏挤上去，squeeze挤, 生活中还有很多情景会用到这个词
So when I'm actually brushing our teeth, I move the toothbrush up and down, and back and forth
Up and down上下动，还要两边来回刷，back and forth就是从一头到另一头来回动
And after brushing for about two minutes, I rinse my mouth，
rinse就统一指那些用水冲洗或者漱口，
And swish the water back and forth in my mouth
Swish 就是漱口的时候让水快速移动，你也可以理解成那个沙沙的声音 swish , swish
除了back and forth, 来回漱口，也可以用around, swish it around 也表示
Yeah, just spit the water out, don't swollow it.
spit out 吐出来，如果你说的是名词，water，可以放在中间和后面
spit the water out / spit out the water,但如果是代词，it ,就要放在中间 spit it out
然后就要把牙刷冲掉了
off表示脱离表面，所以rinse off就是把牙刷冲干净
也可以说rinse off the toothpaste，把牙膏冲掉
Now, Let's put them back! 我们要第二步了
So step no.2， fluency starter , this one is my hack
马上会有两个好用的短语，除了能把前面所有的词全部串起来。
还能经常在其他情景用，让你开始找到流利的感觉。
So the first one is let me （let me just put it back first我先把牙刷放回去）
这个短语我会经常用，它翻译过来是让我，但其实它最常用的情景是眼前马上要做的事情
就像中文的，我…吧，我来…一下
后面直接跟动词原型，For example , before you go to bed ,
you would probably just say, Let me just brush my teeth first
我刷个牙吧。 生活语速都比较快，所以会直接说lemme
Lemme jus brush my teeth first. Again,faster, you ready? lemme just brush my teeth first
Yeah, just go brush your teeth. Don't come back.
And No. 2 I'm going to , also my personal favorite
I'm going to rinse my mouth。我要淑一下口 它表示你即将做的，就是我要（去…做一件事）
口语里说话比较快的时候会发音会变成gonna , 或者gunna ,I'm gunna rinse my mouth
在这些词变成你的口语习惯后，你的流利度和说话的反应速度都会有提升
所以争取在更多场景使用，比如起床心情很好的时候
你说出来的感觉也比较轻松，自由，不会让自己感觉在背课文或者机械化练习I'm not gonna do that
如果你觉得比较困难，可以从短的句子开始
I'm going to put it back into the microwave for about 30s
I'm gonna squeeze on the food
I'm just gonna spit it out!
这两个词可以把所有刷牙期间的活动全部串起来，而且这个口语练习自己一个人就可以完成
