Good morning everyone

In today's video we will do asana and

pranayama

this one part 2 of my first video . i explained about thyroid asana and

pranayama in that video

Let's start

First of all we will sit in vajirasana

and keep distance bitween your both feet

and your hips on the mat

and gently lie back

this asana is supta vajirasana

in this asana you open your chest

keep your head on the mat

stay here for a few breaths

keep doing normal inhale exhale

you can keep your arms over your head

or you can keep your arms next to your hips

and after that

come into your normal position

and gently come back to vajirasana

then our next asana is purvottanasana

reverse plank pose

in this asana

keep your arms straight

put your palms on the ground behind you.

keep your feet on the mat

if you are comfortable. and keep your legs straight

or you can do first table top

keep your legs and back straight

keep your neck normal

push your body upward and stay for a few breaths.

come down to a normal position

next asana is supta padamasana

if you are comfortable in this padamasna

then you can perform it

otherwise you can skip this asana until you practice well

padamasana is stretch your full body and good for

Thyroid problem

next is

Ardh chakker asana

come into full plank

and you can start from any side left or right

if you start with your right side then keep your right arm and

right leg straight

hold your weight on right arm and leg

and slightly bend left side

if you are comfortable to do this asana

otherwise you can skip this asana also

come back to normal position and repeat other side

you can hold this asana 10 to 15 second

keep doing inhale exhale

come back to normal position

and take rest

then next

we will perform ujjayi pranayama
