In The Method: Relaxation, we're taking a three-step approach
to help you recognize, and embrace,
and transform your tension.
We all face tensions throughout our days
and throughout our lives, so the purpose of this series
is to provide you with lifelong tools all in one place.
Breathwork, and meditation, and restorative-style asanas, and yoga nidras,
it's giving you multiple ways to connect with yourself,
to slow down, whether it be through breath, or through movement,
it's all in there for you.
We've kept the classes short so that you can pick and choose what you need
and it doesn't have to take too long to connect with yourself.
To look inwards every day and to create the beginning of a lifelong practice,
which is completely transformative in the way that you see yourself,
and in the way that you experience yourself and the world around you.
