This following exercise is to improve the strength for your bike leg. When youre

biking its a single leg dominant exercise so you want to make sure you train strength

on a single leg. What youre going to do, this is a split squat. Youre going to take

a bench, you want to make sure you stand forward and place the back of the foot, the top of

the foot, onto the bench. As you lunge down, squat down, you want to make sure that the

knee does not go over the toe and make sure that the femur, the thigh parallel to the

ground. Perform ten to twelve repetitions on each leg working up to twenty reps.
