Practice English Speaking&Listening with: 3DS Music Quick Tip: Use Pattern Program Mode to play KORG DSN-12 songs!

Hey there, BLK MKT here with a Quick 3DS music tip.

Now that the new KORG DSN-12 is finally out a lot of folks have gotten started making

patterns but don't know how to arrange them into songs.

The process is only slightly different than the old DS-10. Here's how it works!

In order to create a song from the patterns you sequence, you must first switch to the Pattern Program Mode.

To switch to the Pattern Program Mode from the main screen,

press the Pattern Mode button in the upper right.

After that, press the Pattern Program Mode button to program your song.

Pattern Program mode will be familiar to DS-10 users:

You arrange the patterns you've created in the main screen in the order of your choice

for playback as a complete song. When you're done, press play to hear your music.
