Bridge: Two lanes southbound, two lanes northbound, sidewalk on both sides, no bicycle lanes.

Southbound at Chelsea Street (City Square): Three thru lanes, dedicated left/right turn lanes.

Northbound at Chelsea Street (City Square): Three thru lanes, dedicated right turn lane.

Southbound at Causeway Street (Keany Square): Two thru lanes, dedicated left/right turn lanes.

Northbound at Causeway Street (Keany Square): Two thru lanes, no turn or bicycle lanes.

Traffic Flow: Construction Stage 1

Bridge: Two lanes southbound and northbound. West sidewalk is removed while temporary bridge is constructed.

Southbound at Chelsea Street (City Square): Three thru lanes, dedicated left/right turn lanes.

Northbound at Chelsea Street (City Square): Two thru lanes, dedicated right turn lane.

Southbound at Causeway Street (Keany Square): Two thru lanes, dedicated left/right turn lanes (maintained throughout construction).

Northbound at Causeway Street (Keany Square): Two thru lanes.

Bridge: Traffic diverted to temporary bridge. Two lanes southbound, one lane northbound, single sidewalk.

Northbound at Chelsea Street (City Square): One bridge lane expands to three thru lanes and dedicated right turn lane.

Northbound at Causeway Street (Keany Square): Two thru lanes reduced to one bridge lane.

Bridge: Traffic diverted to partially-built new bridge. Two lanes southbound, one lane northbound, single sidewalk on eastern side (Boston Harbor side).

Northbound at Chelsea Street (City Square): One bridge lane expands to two thru lanes and dedicated right turn lane

Northbound at Causeway Street (Keany Square): Two thru lanes reduce to one bridge lane.

Traffic Flow: Construction Stage 4

Bridge: Traffic diverted to widened, partially-built new bridge. Two lanes southbound, two lanes northbound, sidewalk and cycle track open on eastern side (Boston Harbor side).

Northbound at Chelsea Street (City Square): Two thru lanes, dedicated right turn lane, and bicycle lane.

Northbound at Causeway Street (Keany Square): Two thru lanes and bicycle lane.

Traffic Flow: Construction Completed

Bridge: Two lanes northbound, two general lanes southbound, one dedicated bus lane southbound, sidewalks and cycle tracks open on both sides.

Southbound at Chelsea Street (City Square): Two general thru lanes, one dedicated bus lane, dedicated left/right turn lanes, one bicycle lane.
