Hi, I'm Sergi Roberto and these are the 5 things I cannot live without.

The first thing I can't live without is my mobile

because I use it every day and almost all day.

Apart from when I'm sleeping and training I have it with me.

The apps I most use are Twitch, YouTube, Instagram...

I don't follow anyone in particular but I always like games

and all the Spanish streamers that are in fashion.

The photos on my mobile are very good

and I'm always taking photos of my wife, so I'm a professional.

The second thing I can't live without is skincare products.

Most of all lately I've been using this serum, Ultimune.

I apply it before I go to sleep

and it's very comfortable for taking in my necessaire when the team is travelling.

Me and my wife sometimes argue

about who's going to put it on but we always share.

The third thing I can't live without is a good pair of sneakers.

I love them.

I have a big collection of Nike Jordans and can't leave the house without them.

I love the NBA and I'm a big fan of Michael Jordan,

and aesthetically I also like their look when I get dressed.

I tend to pick my look for the day quite quickly

but before leaving the house I like to look good so I feel good about myself.

The fourth thing I can't live without is baby things.

Now my girl has a dummy and it helps her at bedtime,

it calms her and helps her to fall asleep.

So now it's an essential part of my day.

I didn't expect to have to do so much

and with a baby you get woken up at any time.

It's something I have to do a lot

but it's a pleasure althought I do get sleepy during the day.

But it's for a good cause.

The fifth thing I can't live without is Internet

because in the world we live in today we're always connected.

To speak to a friend far away, watch a video online,

see broadcasts from the other side of the world.

It's now an essential part of our day.

One thing I wanted to pick but it's not a thing, is my dog Baloo.

I love him and a dog is very important in my life

and would be one of my essential things.
