Today we are making plain puri
For this we have taken 3 cups of wheat flour.
Add 1 tbsp oil in oil
and mix oil nicely in flour.
You can also add salt if your wish too.
We use half the quantity of water then flour.
Dough is kept bit hard.
Rub the dough like this to make it soft and even.

Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes so that it gets set.
Grease your hand with some oil and knead the dough again
Now start making puris.
Make balls from the dough
Take little amount of dough (lemon size) and make balls.
Now roll puris.
Spread some oil on the rolling plate.
With this puri will not stick to the rolling plate.
Check whether oil is hot or not.

Flip the side the moment puri puffs up and floats on the surface.
Place the other puri in the pan as well.
Take out the fried puri.
Place the fried puris in a basket.
Oil for frying puris should be appropriately heated.
If the oil remains frigid, puris will not puff up and if oil is too much heated then puri will get burned.
Piping hot puris are ready.
Serve with aloo matar sabzi, kaddu sabzi, matar paneer sabzi or any sabzi your choice.
