Hello Guys! Welcome to Eat & Chop. I am Amanda and today I will be showing you how to make

roasted peanuts. You will need some water, salt and raw peanuts. All the measurements

you need are listed in the description box below. To start you want to pour the water

into salt. Give it a good mix to dissolve all the salt. Next pour the salt water mixture

over the peanuts and give it a good mix to ensure that all the peanuts are coated with

the salt water mixture. Now on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, pour out the peanuts.

I like to use baking paper because it helps distribute the heat evenly and gives the peanuts

a nice colour when roasted. If you haven't got baking paper, that's absolutely fine just

place the peanuts directly on the baking sheet and spread them out like so, making sure that

there are no overlaps. I like to give it a little wiggle *giggles* before it goes in the oven.

Place the peanuts in a pre-heated oven at 180C or 350F for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes

take them out of the oven. You would be able to tell that they are ready because the skin

on the peanuts should be slightly flaky. Leave the peanuts to cool completely on the baking

sheet. To remove the skin off the peanuts, take a batch in your hands, give it a gently

squeeze and the skin should come right off and there you have it! Gorgeous roasted peanuts

ready to serve. They make a great snack and can be used in a variety of dishes. To keep

them fresh, store them in an air tight container or jar. Ok guys I hope you enjoyed this. Thank
