Hello my name is Carey Kepler and Im a functional training coach. If you want to

is a pulling exercise to build lateral and back strength, were going to create instability

by standing on one leg you can use a cable, in this case Im using a tube, a resistance

tube. And of course you can build strength by moving to heavier tubes and or placing

weight on the cable system this exercise is performed on a single leg again to create

instability so that you can build strength through your core while youre building

upper body strength. Youre going to do eight to ten reps, nice and slow, retracting

the scapula, and squeezing the back muscles.
