Hi guys! So I'm gonna do a little introduction to this short vid

about korean culture, again.

Cooking culture.

I'm gonna talk about "Pingsu".

What is "pingsu"? It's a korean shaved ice dessert.

The most popular is "Pat-pingsu".

Its main ingredient is red beans, so "azuki" beans. The most popular is "Pat-pingsu".

Its main ingredient is red beans, so "azuki" beans.

Of course they are sweetened to make this dessert.

It's a popular dessert mostly during summer time.

Korean summer is wet, hot and muggy.

I've been there exactly during summer time and italian summer temperature is nothing comparing to it.

The hottest days have reached almost 40C.

A lot of humidity 'cause of the rainy season, so you can just image it! :D

So, I filmed 2 different moments while my friends and I are eating our "pingsu".

It's a short video, also becuase this is not an elaborate dish.

It's made with a base of shaved ice

and on the top there are different ingredients depending on the flavor you prefer.

The most traditional is the one with red beans.

Then there is green tea flavor, coffee flavor, also tiramis flavor and so on.

At the end, you can also see some pics of the "pingsu" that I ate.

And I ate many pingsu to face the korean heat! :D

I hope you'll enjoy it, even if it's a short vid.

And see you soon! Bye!
