Hi my name is Keri Kepler; Im a functional training coach. I coach triathletes and do

This exercise is for your swimming, its going to improve the strength of your swimming

and the core of your body so that you can be stronger in the water. This is called the

swimmer, youre going to take a tube, take a moderate resistance, and youre going

to do a total body exercise. By using the tube youre going to thrust back using the

back muscles as you squat youre going to stand with explosive movement and extend and

use the rear delts as you extend the arms out back past the body. This exercise is completed

in about twenty reps and you want to go fast.
