Authentic Japanese Sukiyaki
Cut leek diagonally into 5cm long and cut cabbage into 5 ~ 7cm long.
Wash the konjac medicine and tie it up like a thread.
Shiitake mushrooms are cut crosswise.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Put cooking oil in a pan and put green onions to bake.
When the leeks are ripe, grill the meat and tofu.
When the meat is cooked, add the sauce.
Loosen the egg in a personal bowl and dip it in meat.
Add the prepared vegetables and konjac sauce and add the sauce.
After eating meat and vegetables, stir-fry udon and chives.
Tip) Adjust the concentration with warm water.
Sprinkle with Katsuobushi to complete.
