[Up-tempo intro music]

Burnie: Gav, what are you doing?

Gavin: So, Ryan thinks that if I throw a knife

Ryan: NO, no, no, Gavin thinks... Gavin: by the blade...

Gavin: I'm saying you think it won't go in.

Ryan: Yeah I'm agreeing that it won't go in.

Burnie: Nobody explained the premise still.

[Gavin laughing] Burnie: You interrupted each other.

Ryan: Gavin's gonna throw a knife at the wall,

he thinks if he grips it by the blade,

that just -immediately- confers the ability to stick it in the wall.

Gavin: It'll go

swoosh, swoosh

Jon: Is that the one you're gonna throw? Ryan: Alright, is that it?

Ryan: You're going with that one?

Burnie: How many throws, you talking one throw?

All: One Throw

Gavin: 20 Bucks

Which is the best knife though?

Is what i'm still trying to decide on.

Ryan: One that is not in here. Gavin: I don't want to cut myself...

Burnie: I'd say this is your best bet.

Jon: Do I get part of your winnings if I help?

Gavin: I'll give you 5 bucks, yeah Jon: Do I get part of your winnings if I help?

Burnie: Gavin, this one is forged, it's like all one piece

Gavin: Yeah.

Jon: Yeah that's the one. Ryan: Let me show you why.

Gavin: That looks like a bit too steep, like... Ryan: Let me show you why this is not the one.

Burnie: No!

[Knife thudding] Burnie: Look at that, look!

Ryan: Watch this, this is why this is not going to work

Jon: Stop, stop brandishing that knife...

Ryan: Throwing knives are balanced at the hilt

[Various noises of agreement]

[Knife clattering on ground]

Gavin: Right, you've proven nothing!

Ryan: It should have stayed on my finger.

Ryan: Well, there you go, it's balanced... below the blade.

[Knife clattering]

Burnie: Why does it need to be balanced below the blade?

Ryan: You want it to be balanced right at the mid-line of the knife so that...

Gavin: Why does he know, like, really small facts about everything?

I'm like what about this, he's like, well actually it's not balanced at the hilt.

Ryan: I know my blades, what can I say?

Jon: Where are you aiming?

Gavin: I'm going to aim for Jack

Ryan: Alright.

Burnie: Good luck Gavin

Burnie: $20.

You want to try for 40?

Ryan: You failed on multiple levels there,

that was tumbling in both directions.

Look at that.

Burnie: You won 20 bucks!

Ryan: I did. Burnie: This is a man who is $20 richer.

Ryan: You can throw this and stick it in the wall, but you have to counter the rotation.

You gotta throw it like this.

Jon: You do it then.

Jon: Okay.

Gavin: I'm scared of Ryan even more than I was
