Today I cook savoy cabbage with a rice filling.

Savoy cabbage is a very inexpensive vegetable.

You can conjure up many variations from it.

Today I make a rice filling out of it.

I mix everything up.

I put peanut oil in a saucepan.

Now I cut the celeriac.

Simply shred roughly.

I put the celery in the pot.

I extinguish with water.

I season with salt and pepper.

I let the celeriac cook for 5 minutes.

I put the content in a blender.

I puree fine.

I put the sauce back in the pot.

I add nutritional yeast flakes,

Almond butter

and a little apple cider vinegar.

Finally, I add water and potato starch.

The celery sauce is ready.

I continue with the savoy packets.

For this I put peanut oil in a pan.

I carefully fold the pages of the sheets.

Now I fill the leaves with rice.

Then I fold the sheet into a packet.

I hold the end well and

so bring the bottom side up.

Then I tie the savoy packets well together.

Voilà, very easy!

I put the package in a pan.

I continue.

Very easily.

I turn on the stove and sear both sides for two minutes.

They should be seared golden brown, that looks nice.

I garnish with parsley.

The filling is nutty.

It goes very well with savoy cabbage.
