astrological Ascension portal that will be open April 4th and 5th 2020 when an
unprecedented wave of light 5 D gamma waves will flood our planet there are
legions of light beings that have entered our galaxy this time to assist
us in our ascension and help direct this high dimensional light our way on that
momentous day we are using the opportunity of the massive astrological
configuration of Jupiter Pluto conjunction on April 4th 5th to create a
portal through which we will unify our consciousness and trigger the process
that will solidify the optimal ascension timeline for the planet and help the
humanity unite to overcome the current global health crisis this mass
meditation helps the light forces to ground the energy of light on the
surface of the planet to completely heal the global human population from any
illness fear and negativity and to help the shifting of the planetary evolution
back into the most positive ascension timeline that will lead us into the Age

close your eyes and begin to focus on your breathing breathe in slowly and
deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth and just feel your
body begin to relax as you do this focus on breathing in this way for a couple of
minutes until it becomes rhythmic and effortless simply keep your awareness on
your breathing

now I want you to use your mind to visualize that you are sitting on a
beautiful big tree trunk
focus on the energy in your body flowing downward into the earth
envision that the tree has become an extension of your body
and visualize how the roots of this tree trunk traveled down into the earth and
outward in all directions and also all the way to the Earth's center
continue breathing and relaxing letting any negative thoughts or feelings escape
your body as you focus on being rooted into the earth
now imagine Earth's energy flowing up through these roots into your body all
the way to the top of your head and just feel this energy for a moment
now I want you to focus on the crown of your head and your connection to the
vast universe all that is above you and beyond
from this fast universe imagine a white light coming down and moving through
your crown and all the way into your body and filling you with this white
light
now see and feel how this white light continues to move down into the roots of
this tree trunk that you have become an extension of and then moving all the way
into the center of the earth to see how this light moves through each root
extending outwards as far as you can see into all parts of the earth and then
moving into the center of the earth and beginning to spread outward until the
entire inside of the earth is filled with this white light
you are now a conduit of energy between earth and the cosmos
grounded and rooted in the physical while also being connected to the higher
universal light forces
just continue to feel this white light flowing through you sweeping through
your body as a healing force and open yourself to receive blessings from this
light
take a deep breath and really feel yourself breathe the slide in deeply as
it moves all the way through you and then penetrates the center of the earth
use your mind to spread it out into all of your roots in every direction
and use your mind just spread it out from your body to all beings on the
earth
feel how this pure white light to remove sphere and how it cleanses and clears
away negativity and how it heals everything it touches
see how it offers renewal how it starts a new cycle of love and how it restores
stability through you moving out in every direction and penetrating
everything it comes in contact with
breathe this light and deeply again and then exhale it out as a healing
force
and now declare your intention of this global meditation by stating the
following I am joining in this global meditation to shift the planet into the
most optimal timeline as a tool to completely remove the coronavirus heal
the earth and all its beings
now visualize a pillar of brilliant white light emanating from the cosmic
central Sun and then being distributed to the central Suns of all galaxies in
this universe

then visualize this light entering through the Galactic Central Sun then
going through our galaxy
then entering our solar system and going through all beings of light inside our

body to the center of the earth
visualize this light transmuting all remaining coronavirus on earth
disinfecting all infected areas on the planet healing all patients
removing all fear associated and restoring stability
visualize the course of events on planet Earth shifting into the most positive
timeline possible shifting away from all epidemics away from all wars away from
all global domination
and visualize white pink blue and golden light healing all inequalities erasing
all poverty and bringing abundance to all humanity
visualize a new grand cosmic cycle beginning bringing pure light love and
happiness to all beings on earth
you may sit in this space for several moments just being in the vibration of
light love and healing
