The Full Form of GCID is Global Catalog Identifier.
When you successfully enrolled your products in the Amazon Brand Registry by including unique key attributes for each SKU you provide and the brand name, they are automatically assigned a unique product ID called the Global Catalog Identifier (GCID). The GCID should have been in the approval email for each SKU you provided.
An Amazon GCID does not change over time or across countries. A GCID differs from an ASIN in that the GCID is directly tied to a product. An ASIN is tied to an Amazon product listing and can be deprecated or possibly merged in the future.
