The United States Navy Sea, Air, and Land (SEAL) Teams, commonly known as Navy SEALs, are the U.S. Navy’s primary special operations force and a component of the Naval Special Warfare Command. Among the SEALs’ main functions are conducting small-unit special operation missions in maritime, jungle, urban, arctic, mountainous, and desert environments. SEALs are typically ordered to capture or to eliminate high level targets, or to gather intelligence behind enemy lines.
All active SEALs are male and members of the U.S. Navy. The CIA’s highly secretive and elite Special Operations Group (SOG) recruits operators from SEAL Teams, with joint operations going back to the MACV-SOG during the Vietnam War. This cooperation still exists today, as evidenced by military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan

Social and emotional aspects of learning (SEAL) is a comprehensive, whole-school approach to promoting the social and emotional skills that underpin effective learning, positive behaviour, regular attendance, staff effectiveness and the emotional health and well-being of all who learn and work in schools.
The aims of this national evaluation of secondary SEAL were to assess the effect of secondary SEAL on a variety of outcomes for pupils, staff and schools, and to examine how schools implemented SEAL, with particular reference to the adoption of a whole-school approach.
The research combined quantitative and qualitative inquiry. The former was utilised mainly to provide data pertaining to the effect of secondary SEAL, and the latter was used primarily to provide insights into the implementation process.

Software Evolution and Architecture Lab (SEAL) is a research lab.
We aim to solve the software evolution problem by utilizing software architecture, if possible. Our lab consists of one professor, three master students and two interns. It is located in Unit 601, Block 407, Gyeongsang National University, Jinju, Repulic of Korea. This homepage is under the construction.
SEA Lab is managed under the following principles:
1. Self-determination:Lab members operate the lab office by themselves. Lab members and visitors can pursue the research topics that they want to do in the research area of software engineering.
2. Openness: Lab members are open to the collaboration with other researchers and other labs. Visitors can freely participate in lab activities, while they are staying in the lab.
3. Ethics: Lab members and visitors should comply with Software Engineering Code of Ethics and Professional Practice (cf. [English] and [Korean])
4:00 pm Every Thursday. The topic overs requirement traceability, APIs and refactoring, mining software revision histories, software visualization, and software evolution.
