The Full Form of TOL is Total outside liability.
Total Outside Liabilities means the aggregate of all present and future obligation (whether actual or contingent) of the Borrower to pay or repay money including, without limitation:
Total Outside Liabilities (TL) (LongTerm Liabilities and Current Liabilities and Provisions) C.
For this purpose, leverage ratio is defined as Total Outside Liabilities / Owned Funds.Prudential Regulations Applicable to NBFCs-ND-SI (asset of ` 500 crore and above) and all NBFCs-DPAPER – 1 : FINANCIAL REPORTING 3 Tier 1 CapitalAll NBFCs-ND which have an asset size of ` 500 crore and above, and all NBFCs-D, shall maintain minimum Tier 1 Capital of 10%.
For this purpose, leverage ratio is defined as Total Outside Liabilities / Owned Funds.
Security Trustee Agreement shall mean the agreement entered on July 21, 2014 amongst, inter alia, the Lender, Security Trustee and the Borrower, with respect to appointment of the Security Trustee, on terms and conditions thereof and other matters connected therewith, as may be amended or supplemented from time to time Total Outside Liabilities in relation to the Borrower shall mean all secured and unsecured loans, including current liabilities of the Borrower.
Total Outside Liabilities to Total Networth: Total Outside Liabilities to Total Networth= (Total Debt + Other outside liabilities)/Total Tangible Networth This ratio expresses how well the owners’/promoters/shareholders’ funds cover outside liabilities for the entity.
