The Full Form of CIMS is Constituent Information Management System.

The Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario (PCPO) requires a replacement to its Constituents Informartion Management System (CIMS).  PCPO requires an interactional database with standardized and documented APIs and web hooks so that future web or mobile applications can be made by 3rd party vendors.  The solution must have an additional customized integration with NationBuilder, as described in the RFQ.  There must be a limited web-based interface to handle user management, the PC Ontario Fund’s requirements, and database management such as adding custom fields etc. for future use with various integrations and customizing constituent support logic.
