Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test, commonly called as EAMCET, is an entrance examination held separately in the Indian Telugu States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for admission into various colleges across both the states in the streams of Engineering, Medicine and Agriculture.
The Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) – 2020 is being conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). This Examination is the pre-requisite for admission into various professional courses offered in the University/Private Colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
Within the short span of the formation of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK), the University has conducted the ECET (Engineering Common Entrance Test for Diploma Holders) for the consecutive four years successfully for the undivided Andhra Pradesh State, with no efforts left each year in terms of raising the quality.
