The Full Form of YES is Youth Employment Services.
YES’ mission is to teach youth and young adults ages 16-24 the skills needed to secure and maintain meaningful employment, and to offer programs that help young people improve their employability, career choices, and quality of life.
YES serves as a bridge between young adults who are seeking employment and the local business community who are seeking capable and enthusiastic employees.
Over the last fifty years, YES has served more than 50,000 local youth, at no cost, through our curriculum-based services. Ordinarily our program is delivered in an accessible, friendly environment at our office in Santa Ana, and onsite at schools and nonprofits. Until further notice, all programs are offered online via Zoom.
