What is the meaning of [All’s fish that comes to the net]

A professional fisherman can find some use for all the fish he pulls out of he
sea, he cannot afford to be too particular. The proverb advises us to follow
his example by taking advantage of everything that comes our way. If a dealer
in second hand furniture seems to make a profit out of everything he buys and
resells, however useless it may appear to us, we can say of him:
