The Full Form of FAITH is Forsaking All I Trust Him.

At the approach of 2011, I was seeking the Lord regarding His Word for the year; His word was “Faith.”   People of faith are a people who Forge Ahead In Trustful Hope.  Those who forge ahead in faith have a Full Assurance In The Heart, because their confidence is in the integrity of God.  When you have full assurance, it is so easy to declare, Forsaking All I Trust Him.   (If you haven’t captured it yet, each of these phrases are acrostics for the word faith.)

In this next series of devotions, I want to focus on the qualities of those whose mantra is “Forsaking All I Trust Him.”  And, what better place to begin to discover these attributes as in the book of Proverbs.
